Seasons
High Season means:
- Friday and Saturday nights in July and August inclusive.
Medium Season means:
- The period from the June King’s Birthday public holiday weekend (NSW & ACT) to the October Labour Day public holiday weekend (NSW & ACT) inclusive except for the high season weekends above.
- Easter Public Holiday;
- 24 December to 15 January inclusive;
Low Season means all other times.
Winter Season means:
- the period from the June King’s Birthday public holiday weekend (NSW & ACT) to the October Labour Day public holiday weekend (NSW & ACT) inclusive.
- The period from 1 July to 31 August inclusive will be considered the Peak Winter Season
Accommodation is normally booked per night at the rates set
out above.
However, the following special arrangements apply:

Weekend
Block Booking - $990.00 for the Friday and Saturday night (commencing 5.00
PM Friday and ending at 5.00 PM Sunday).
A Weekend Block Booking can be combined with a Midweek Block Booking up
to a maximum of seven nights.
·
Midweek
Block Booking - $250.00 for each midweek night (Sunday to Thursday night)
(commencing 5.00 PM day one and ending at 5.00 PM on last day). A Midweek Block Booking can be combined with
a Weekend Block Booking up to a maximum of seven nights.

Such as refurbishment tasks or committee business. Each allocation of vouchers must be approved a t Committee Meeting after the work being performed.

Vouchers to the value of: $100 for a full day's work $50 for a half day's work.

Participants receive accommodation for Friday and Saturday nights, catering for lunch and dinner. Vouchers are provided to participating adult members and their adult guests. The vouchers expire at the end of the next calendar year. Junior members are welcome to participate in working bees but do not receive vouchers.
